Vacuum Unit Premolded Polyurethane

One of our current designs is this packing arrangement for a vacuum unit. The packing assembly consists of two parts, a top pad measuring 20"x20"x6.5" and a bottom pad measuring 20"x20"x3.5". The gray colored assembly was made from a high density polyurethane foam with a polyethylene film. Our design fully encapsulates the unit to protect it from shipping damage. We manufacture these by molding the polyurethane foam to ISO 9001:2008 standards and deliver within 3 days.
