Premolded Cooler/Cold Chain Applications

Using our foam molding capabilities, we designed and manufacture this premolded cooler for a client in the cold chain shipping industry. Manufacturing this we use a high density polyurethane foam, the premolded cooler is white in color and had a top as well as bottom pad. The total internal storage volume of the cooler was 16"x16"x16". Finished with a polyethylene film covering, the overall external dimensions of the cooler were 20"x20"x20". These coolers consist of similar designs with the same dimensions. We can custom design coolers in any matter to satisfy your particular needs. Manufactured in volumes of 150 every alternate month, the cooler meets ISO 9001:2008 standards and delivers within three days.
