Internal Part Handling Tray

We manufacture a part handling tray for an aircraft part manufacturer to facilitate internal part handling. This is made from white expanded polystyrene material, the tray is 17.875" long by 17.625" wide and features 22 cavities for holding the parts. Made from 1.375" thick EPS material, these trays are fabricated and assembled to corrugate. Designing was performed with SolidWorks and the trays are delivered to the client within three days.
