Glass Pack/Expanded Polystyrene

We fabricate a custom box designed to pack glass for a client in the automotive industry. The pack is manufactured by using a 44 ECT box and fabricated expanded polystyrene pieces. Each 57"x27"x9" box features two EPS or expanded polystyrene foam bloacks to provide optimum protection. Two varieties of foam blocks are used for installation wihin the boxes. Anti Skid foam was applied to Block B. Our design ensures the safe delivery of glass for our customer. Adhering to ISO 9001:2008 standards, these boxes are fabricated in volumes of 2,500 per year and delivered to the client within five days.
