| If I am getting a custom-made foam cushion, how much is the tooling? |
- The tooling is very inexpensive when you compare it to other type of protective packaging systems. Often, our tooling cost is less than $500. We want your business and do not believe in burdening our clients with inflated "set-up" fees.

| Does PDM have a minimum order amount? |
- No! PDM does not have minimum order’s. We know every customer cannot order in pallet quantities at all times.

| Why use foam when my corrugate die cuts work just fine? |
- Your corrugate die cut might work just fine, but have you considered the
cost your company spends to assemble the corrugate. And our product
is not affected by humid or dry conditions like corrugate is. PDM’s pre-
molded protective packaging cushions are easy to use, not operator dependant, and lessens carpal tunnel syndrome due to corrugated assembly.

| I already have some speedy packers from Sealed Air, why would I not just mold it myself? |
- In one word, waste. You will have plenty which will eat into your profits not to mention the mess it makes in your work area.
- Molds are difficult to clean and maintain costing you valuable time and money.
- Training your employees to operate the equipment is a costly burden. Our volume allows us to train more efficiently.
- Protective packaging molds, although costly and difficult to use, are required to create a consistent packaging product.

| How long is PDM’s lead time? |
- Very short! Our lead time averages 3 days.
