EPS, expanded polystyrene, is one of the many packaging options we offer at PDM. EPS is available either fabricated or molded. It is available in different densities and also available with recyclable material. EPS is a lightweight and inexpensive material that helps keep shipping costs low. PDM can design and manufacture custom EPS protective packaging as a cost effective means to your specific packaging needs. With EPS always in stock PDM can promise quick delivery times on all orders.

Our lead-time is 3 - 7 days for most EPS orders. Fabricating EPS eliminates time for tooling and also does not require tooling costs. Molded EPS, for very high volume jobs, does require tooling which take about 5 - 8 weeks. All following orders will take 5 - 10 days.
