Chess Set Foam Insert/Expanded Polypropylene

For a customer from the leisure and entertainment industry we have created a custom box for the safe storage of chess sets. We design and manufacture this box foam set from white EPP or expanded polypropylene foam. This foam set has an overall dimension of 20"x18"x3.5", and consists of nine pieces or parts fabricated and precisely assembled. Pieces of different sizes and numbers are assembled together to create the finished product. Each piece is stored within its cavity created in the box. The box comprises of storage space for 32 cavities and the chessboard. This is manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
